Revitalizing Homes Saves Our Children and Our Neighborhoods
From telling youngsters to pull their pants up these days to inspiring women in her youth to empower themselves, Nicole Davis, a recent KC replant from Maryland is back in town. She finds herself an outspoken observer of KC’s key players from our politicians to its organizations that have solutions for the housing issues in KC, like UMKC’s Center for Neighborhoods.
Nicole is one citizen and mother who loves her own and other’s children. She believes that kids want to see action in KC’s urban core. She feels neighborhood youth with the right and perhaps untraditional incentives will have a good response to revitalizing homes as a way to learn to become better citizens.
You’ll hear this urban core activist’s solutions and observations on Episode 3 of ReVibnKC.
