As a retired electrical designer, my career was dedicated to innovation and problem-solving in the realm of electrical systems. However, my interest extended beyond circuits and wires—I strongly advocate for housing as a fundamental human right. Throughout my professional life, I aimed to ensure that technology served not just convenience but also the greater good, believing that access to adequate housing is foundational for a dignified life. In retirement, I continue to support this cause, advocating for affordable and accessible housing for all.

Sabrina Davis

Sabrina Davis is a mother of 1 son Miles Davis. Community advocate, Leader with KC Tenants and Eastside Tenant Union, Kansas City Right to Counsel Committee Member.

I was born in Kansas City but raised in my mother's home country of Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. 20+ years ago I returned to Kansas City and started a new life with my son. Three years ago after dealing with bad landlords for years, I joined KC TENANTS.

My interest with KC Tenants is to organize and uplift my community with powerful information and resources regarding tenant rights and other issues tenants face in Kansas City. Information is Power, which takes me to KKFI 90.1 FM Kansas City Community Radio. As a leader with the Eastside Tenant Union, it was during a meeting that one of our members said, let's do a Radio show. A month later I'm starting a radio show with other Eastside Tenant Union members/leaders.
