Radio Active host David Mitchell and TJ Berry (Republican representing District 38, Excelsior Springs, in the Missouri state house of representatives) discuss the problem of maintaining civility among our elected officials.  Representative Berry describes how he can maintain friendly relations with his democratic colleagues in the Missouri House of Representatives by learning to deal with one another on a personal level.
